The replacement controller you have looks like it already has onboard I.O. You're not going to be needing the expansion I.O. modules, anymore.

Also if you have a seized shaft to the blower wheel. you can put an adjustable wrench on the shafts flat part and hold blower wheel and turn the wrench sometimes it works but Saved me several times.

Hey bud, I have a unit circuit 2 compressor 2A is tripping breaker after some run time I checked compressor ohms it's ohms out equal 1.5 ohms on all three legs I disconnected compressor wires now breaker won't trip what could be cause ? Is it a weak breaker ? I couldn't verify and also how does the unit knows that breaker tripped and shut down the while circuit 2 compressor on saftey lock out. There is no auxiliary switch or something on the 3 pole breaker how does the unit do this lockout ?

Thanks for the video.. I'll just add.. when checking compressor power output from the IPM/Power Board you want to look for balanced AC voltage across all 3 outputs within 10%. Depending on the OC, SW3-1 = ON may give you more time for testing output.

And you really need to run nitrogen through it
